Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all 4M designer tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
